Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have been the Community Programs Manager for HU CFAR â Community Education and Engagement Programs for the past seven years. Additionally, I have more than twenty years of HIV programming experience that has centered on improving access to HIV Services for marginalized/at-risk individuals. In collaborative efforts with other HIV/AIDS providers, I have produced innovative and effective educational health models that have contributed to numerous successful community-based programming and are still in use today.
