Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have been involved in community engagement initiatives as program evaluator on a number of government and foundation funded grants. Among my scientific interests has been increasing health literacy and access to care for underserved communities. In addition, I teach public health ethics and bioethics at the Masters and Doctoral levels as well as participate on an Institutional Review Board.
