Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have been at the Commission for almost three years and acted as a staff lead for the investigation into the STD experiments in Guatemala and as Associate Director for the genetics report. I am qualified to moderate this content as I was an Associate Director on the Commission when the report came out, attended briefings, and have a background in FDA law and regulation and extensive experience regarding the ethics of human participant research.
