Current state of the Haitian cholera epidemic

In October 2010, 10 months following a devastating earthquake, Haiti was stricken by cholera. A National Cholera Surveillance System was quickly established. The current trends for the Haitian cholera epidemic at the 3 year mark will be reviewed.

Describe the National Cholera Surveillance System Discuss the epidemic curve for cholera in Haiti at the 3 year mark. Describe the cumulative case fatality rate and trends over 3 years. Analyze the attack rate and trends by department and in aggregate over 3 years.
