This presentation will describe grassroots efforts to close health disparities gaps via partnerships between community and faith organizations. Successful community engagement strategies will be discussed.

Identify successful community engagement strategies for promoting enrollment into health care coverage under the ACA. Describe the potential for improving enrollment under the ACA by promoting partnerships between community and faith organizations.
