Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have expertise in policy analysis, advocacy, strategy, coalition-building, and lobbying. I led MPHAâs campaign to create a $60 million Prevention and Wellness Fund, signed into law last year, and I have been instrumental in passage of legislation to improve school food, create a state food policy council, and create a strategy to support survivors of violence in health care settings
