Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I am the Director of the Rhode Island Tobacco Control Network, a statewide network of over 50 health and community organizations, which led the campaign to defeat the tobacco industry-backed bill on electronic cigarettes, which is the subject of my presentation. I am also the RI Director of Public Policy for the American Lung Association of the Northeast.
