I practiced medicine in the Marshall Islands (1982-98) and later received my public health degree from Tulane University, New Orleans(1999). As Health Advisor, I provide technical support to the organization's health programs focused on resource-poor settings using community health strategies. I am also a Board Member of CORE Group in Washington DC and co-chair of its Community Child Health Working Group.
