Think globally : Act locally to promote MDG 5
As a part of the ongoing efforts, there were student fund raisers, community outreach activities and we collected supplies to develop Mama Kits and support services ata rural clinic in Malawi. In addition , the Think Local Act Global Team raised funds to build a maternity waiting home in Malawi. This was a meaningful expereince for all the diverse stake holders who worked collobaratively at the grass roots community level to affect change globally.
