Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have managed domestic and international patient safety quality improvement initiatives for the last 6 years and currently oversee the Proactive Reduction of Outpatient Malpractice: Improving Safety, Efficiency, and Satisfaction (PROMISES) project, a high-level statewide Massachusetts consortium to test the impact of a context-sensitive collaborative improvement model emphasizing training and in-office coaching by quality improvement, efficiency, and safety experts.
