As the Affordable Care Act is operationalized in the states, California finds itself in uncharted waters. Current projections estimate that 3 to 4 million individuals will remain uninsured through Covered California, and will still rely on County based resources for medical attention. This presentation will highlight alternatives for covering the remaining uninsured.
