To improve the overall health of a population, a re-balancing of our investment in clinical medicine (treatment) and public health (prevention) will be necessary. Integrating and aligning clinical care, public health, social services, behavioral health, and long-term care will also need to be a part of this effort. This presentation will discuss approaches being taken in Minnesota to achieve these objectives.
