A View from Massachusetts Health Care for All

As a member of the board of Health Care for All, I will discuss proposals to improve health care quality while lowering costs. I will discuss quality improvement and cost containment proposals that were considered but not included in Chapter 224. I will also discuss how Massachusetts can improve medical care quality and costs in the wake of Chapter 224.
