Trained in Family Medicine as well as in epidemiology. Jose holds as well a masters in Health Care Delivery Sciences. He oversaw the development of the succesful HAI program in NH. He has been a leader on the incorporation of health care quality control activities as part of the core of Public health objectives and actions.
