Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I am the community research associate for the community-academic collaboration. I have almost 20 years of experience working in the nonprofit field in facilitating continuous quality services to the community served by my employer institutions. During the last six years, I have focused my efforts in improving the health and well-being of vulnerable and underserved communities by facilitating, training and leading quality improvement clinical and operational teams focused on improving health outcomes within our community.
