Methods: The development of Menxs Health Activities in Germany in connection with Global Movements for Menxs Health and the European Union Activities are analyzed. The Foundationxs of Menxs Health activities are described, two of the most actual are the publication of the 1st and 2nd Menxs Health Reports. Results: Now a broad discussion about Menxs Health started in Germany, involving the Federal German Government with organizing the first Conference on Male Policy in 2012, the First Congress about Menxs Health in 2013 connected with activities in Male Health Promotion projects and broadening the networking process for Menxs Health in Germany. The First Menxs Health Report was published in 2010 and identified the most important health issues and inequalities for Men. The Second Menxs Health Report, which will be published in April 2013, assess the problems in psychic and behavioral disorders with special focus on Depression, Stress, Burnout and Suicide of Males.
