Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I am qualified to present this session because I have served as TRAIN Program Assistant since 2011. In this position I help coordinate TRAIN, the nationâs premier learning management system for professionals and volunteers who protect the publicâs health. I am in constant contact with the 25 State Health Departments and 3 national organizations who are a part of this network, working with them to provide quality trainings at a fraction of the cost.
