Highlights: - Four Sambhav voucher pilot programs covered 11 rural blocks in three districts and 368 urban slums in one city - Increased coverage of the scaled-up Sambhav Voucher System in Uttarakhand from 0.15 million in two pilot blocks to 2.58 million poor across the state - Uttar Pradesh scaled up the urban slum voucher system from 368 slums in one city to 1562 slums in five cities
