Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: As Director of Evaluation at ASTHO, my responsibilities include staying current on approaches and tools for measuring impact, particularly in the areas of ROI, customer satisfaction, and balanced scorecard. I make my expertise available to states and territories in these areas. I am facilitating a workgroup of states, localities, non-profits/foundations, and staff from CDC developing ROI tools for QI efforts. I oversee implementation of the ASTHO Balanced Scorecard, measuring our performance on our strategic map.
