Learning Objectives: At the end of this session, the participant will be able to: 1.Describe stages in dissemination research: intent to adopt, implementation/adaptation, institutionalization and diffusion; identify Community Based Participatory Research (CBPR)approach to dissemination. 2. Identify and describe the common barriers to participation experienced by low-income people 3. Recognize needs for reproductive health education in transition countries
