Predictors of Dietary and Health Behaviors
The rapidly changing landscape of nutritional science often brings about intended and unintended behavior change. Nutritionists often wonder what might precipitate change in certain populations. Understanding predictors of behavior and behavior change might assist with obtaining a healthful lifestyle. The four presentations explore what lifestyle choices and behaviors that influence diet and physical activity.
Learning Objectives: 1. At the completion of the session, participants will be able to describe the influence of eating behaviors, mineral and soda on the diets of adolescents. 2. At the completion of the session, participants will be able to describe predictors of physical activity among adults.
