Learning Objectives: Participants will be able to: 1) Describe the mechanisms created by the NAFTA Labor Side Agreement to protect workers' rights, 2) List strengths and limitations of the agreement's effectiveness in protecting workers' health and, 3) Provide three recommendations to strengthen future trade agreements.
