MCH Epidemiology: Data-based Evaluation in MCH Programs and Services
This session is focused upon data-based evaluation of MCH programs. The session includes a variety of papers that present quantitative and qualitative methods and analytic techniques used in the evaluation of specific programs, public health services, or in community assessment. The papers represent a range of topics within MCH at the state, local, and international levels.
Learning Objectives: Participants attending this session will: 1. Recognize data needs associated with program evaluation 2. Describe analytic tools used in evaluation of MCH programs 3. Evaluate the integration of analytic strategies and programmatic goals
