APHA Student Assembly Welcome & Orientation Session
The American Public Health Association Student Assembly (APHA-SA) is an organization run for students by students, dedicated to supporting the development of the next generation of public health professionals and leaders. This session will provide more information about who we are and what we can offer you as a student in public health. Students will also have a chance to meet and network with other public health students across the world, as well as meet prominent public health figures that support the work of students.
Learning Objectives: At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to: 1) Identify opportunities and advantages of membership in the American Public Health Association Student Assembly; 2) Learn how to navigate the APHA program and annual meeting.
