Role of physicians in improving health literacy

As part of a session on the roles and responsibilities of health professionals in health literacy improvement, this presentation will focus on physicians and their staff. The presentation will examine the critical role of physicians and their office practices to identify, understand and address the health literacy challenges of patients with chronic diseases.
