As the greatest health challenge on the horizon, a number of efforts to combat the spread of HIV/AIDS have been forged on various levels. Participation including government involvement and leadership, multisectoral approaches, and communities are all essential efforts for progress in the fight for HIV/AIDS prevention, care and treatment. This session focuses on current efforts in PMTCT, and draws attention to strategies in this area of HIV/AIDS treatment and care. | |||
