Health education and health promotion activities to address community health problems should include and engage community members - "meet them where they're at." The panelists in this session will describe various interventions designed to reach community members in their own communities to address a range of health problems. | |||
Learning Objectives: At the end of this session, participants will be able to describe health promotion activities that engage community members at community sites, in accordance with the learning objectives of each individual presentation. | |||
