Community-based health promotion programs address a wide variety of health problems. In this session, panelists will describe several programs that all seek to improve public health around particular conditions or risk factors by working with communities. | |||
Learning Objectives: At the end of this session, participants will be able to identify characteristics of successful community-based health promotion programs and describe examples of these programs. | |||
