Women's health includes not only "female" diseases such as breast cancer but also cardiovascular health and physical activity, as well as rare conditions such as bleeding disorders. In addition, women's experiences of their surroundings and environments impact their health in ways that may be unique to women. The presentations in this session will examine a variety of health conditions in women from several perspectives, including the theoretical. | |||
Learning Objectives: At the end of this presentation, participants will be able to identify and describe issues of concern in women's and explain research being done to better understand these issues, in accordance with the learning objectives of the individual presentations. | |||
