Political Economy of Health
This session focuses on active travel to and from school - including framing theory, formative assessment, national and local evaluations of barriers, benefits and environment, and intervention opportunities. The panelists will provide a comprehensive overview of the Political Economy of Health, including issues impacting active travel and intervention foci.
Learning Objectives: At the end of this session, participants will be able to describe the major issues affecting active travel to and from school and explain the Political Economy of Health, in accordance with the learning objectives of the individual presentations.
