What's Going 'round in Oral Health?
Attendees will have the opportunity to select three roundtable facilitated discussions by topic experts. Stated goals of Healthy People 2010 to prevent and control oral health conditions while improving access would be debated by presenters at various economic, sociological, and age levels through the diverse programs.
Learning Objectives: 1. Gain knowledge about instruments to measure knowledge and effectiveness of preventive programs. 2. Learn about attitudes and behaviors of patients and dental providers at different settings. 3. Become aware of the impact of the S-CHIP program on the utilization of preventive dental services.
