The purpose of this session is to present current topics in the area of nutrition and food safety. Given the quickly changing nutrition and food safety environment, it is important to keep up to date on topics including food security, pediatric overweight issues, folic acid fortification policies, assessment of food comtaminants and other topics in food safety. | |||
