Given the recent boom and bust of the technology sector, where do we stand today with eHealth practices and resources? This session will focus on the evolving ways that the public and health communication professionals and researchers use the Internet for health purposes. Patient internet utilization and decision making will kick-off the session followed by lessons learned from the past 10 years of the CHESS system. New developments for health communication researchers using technology and quality grassroots initiatives for community-based online resources will be presented. | |||
