Chiropractic: Access, Outreach and Research
In this session multiple issues affecting the provision and improvement of chiropractic healthcare will be reviewed and discussed.
Learning Objectives:
  • List underserved patient attitudes towards chiropractic and medical care;
  • Describe the patient population using chiropractic and acupuncture services in a Chicago clinic for the medically underserved;
  • Articulate how a theoretically-based design can be used to focus a novice researcher;
  • Identify the elements of a structured-focused comparative design; and,
  • Recognize the importance of high technology equipment in training of doctors to deliver pre-set forces.
