Levels of dioxin in humans and food found recently in Vietnamese from Agent Orange will be described and characterized. Agent Orange spraying ended in 1971 so the findings of elevated dioxin from Agent Orange over 3 decades afterwards is of great concern for the health of those Vietnamese who are being exposed at the present time as well as in the past. Other toxic chemicals are being found in Vietnamese and in their food so it is necessary to distinguish causes of various health effects in order that public health measures may be properly instituted.
