At the conclusion of this session, the participant will be able to

List several common public health concerns relevant to aging patients.
For each health concern, gain an appreciation of several evidence-based clinical action steps, consistent with the Health People 2010 objectives.
From these clinical action steps, identify opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration.
