Learning Objectives: "At the conclusion of the session, the participant (learner) in this session will be able to

• Discuss the importance of linking issues of urban planning, urban health, and social justice.
• Articulate why critical scholarship connecting issues of the politics of public health data, progressive pedagogy, and the social history of public health is essential, using the case example of urban planning and public health.
