This session will discuss issues of health care assessment and services for the incarcerated population. Special attention will be given to STDs, HIV and hepatitis B in this setting. | |||
Learning Objectives: Participants will be able to identify areas for improvement for TB prevention among jail populatons; understand a useful service tool for collecting STD/HIV services information at county jails and identify the rationale for routine hepatitis B vaccination in incarcerated populations. | |||
