HIV, TB and Hepatitis B Prevention and Services for the Incarcerated
This session will discuss issues of health care assessment and services for the incarcerated population. Special attention will be given to STDs, HIV and hepatitis B in this setting.
Learning Objectives: Participants will be able to identify areas for improvement for TB prevention among jail populatons; understand a useful service tool for collecting STD/HIV services information at county jails and identify the rationale for routine hepatitis B vaccination in incarcerated populations.
