| This session addresses a range of issues related to access to health care by people living with disabilities, including access for children with special health needs, findings about physician-reported preparation for providing care, specific recommendations about health plan "disability literacy", health care utilization for people transitioning out of Medicaid, US comparisons with Germany, and an example program of services within managed care. | |||
