Managing, analyzing and interpreting data from disparate sources for planning and assessment activities

Learning Objectives:
- Participants will be exposed to various techniques of data integration and data management, including basic data warehousing concepts
- Participants will learn about data standardization techniques that allows for the use of disparate data sources
- Participants will be able to calculate rates, ratios and indexes that facilitate the use of seemingly incompatible data
- Participants will be exposed to a number of different analytical techniques and have the opportunity to apply them
- Participants will be introduced to the steps in moving from data to information to knowledge
