- Articulate the adverse effects of high drug costs and poor prescription medication coverage on the sick and elderly in the United States.
- Construct options for improving access of seniors to affordable, effective medications.
- Analyze the problem of impaired access to affordable and effective medications for patients with AIDS and common infectious diseases in the developing world; explore solutions.
