This presentation will discuss the Section 508 legislation and its implications for distance learning materials in schools of public health.

Results from a pending ASPH literature review will be shared as well as recommendations and resources for Section 508 compliance.

Explain the meaning of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act;
Determine whether or not their distance education materials must comply with Section 508;
Determine whether or not their current distance education materials are compliant; and
List three resources for more information
