| Incorporating oral health assessment and intervention in primary health care systems is a challenge in any county. Basic ideas such as prevention of dental disease, early detection of problems and teaching behavior change for health improvement must be culturally competent and in alignment with the country's resources. Systems must be not only created but sustained. A panel will present specific oral health issues and share their expertise.
