Learning Objectives: At the end of the session, participants will be able to: 1) Define client engagement, approaches for engaging clients in health services, and approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of client engagement; 2) Describe changes in communicating AIDS knowledge to women in developing countries; 3) Identify effective breastfeeding promotion programs among low-income women and next steps in breastfeeding promotion; and 4) Identify which socioeconomic indicator is most strongly associated with patient-provider communication among African American women and whether the relationship between socioeconomic status and patient-provider communication is similar across age among African American women. | ||||
