Teaching Public Health Ethics and Human Rights

Prof. Gostin will discuss the relationships between public health law, ethics and human rights. As a member of the Institute of Medicine's Committee on Public Health in the 21st Century, he will explain why a population-based public health ethic is essential to the development of the field of public health.
