Web site management information systems (MIS) provide a wealth of data regarding the traffic generated by the site. It includes the number of hits, visits, pages visited, times visited, etc. A web site program manager must derive from the data available a reporting scheme that captures the special objectives of the site and design additional analysis to analyze trends.
